I read this to my daughter, who is two, and my boys who are 4 and 8. My 8 year old just could not get into this one but my four year has had me read this again and again since we received it for review. He absolutely loved the idea of sea creatures in the Old West. (Don’t they need to live in the water? haha) There was the Octopus, Polar Bears, Seals, and a One-eyed Whale.
This is a story that helps you to find excitement in the little, everyday, experiences we have. I do believe it encouraged my son, to be a bit more creative, to think in a different way, use his imagination and always do what is right. No matter the cost..
We will surely be reading this one again 🙂
