Bring them Home

“Bringing your children up in the instruction of the Lord requires a substantial time commitment. You can’t teach your children if you are not there, or if you are too preoccupied when you are there that you never spend any time with them. Our nation is facing an epidemic of the devolution of the family, and it is the negligence of parents who are simply not available to instruct their children.” ~ – Raising Kingdom Kids

Why is it we pray for the blessing of a child and then when we are so very blessed with them we send them away? We consider it good Christian parenting to leave them with another for a majority of their life; we are to trust in the Lord, we are to remain home teaching our children. If we live what we say we believe there is no excuse for us to not leave it all behind. Children are a blessing from the Lord before they are brought into our arms and long after. We cannot train them up to love and live for the Lord when we send a clear message that they are less important to us than careers, or homes or vacations, or any other things we have. So many I am so sad to see sending their children into the world (in these dark days, getting darker every second), pains my heart these sweet children…..Mommas I plead with you, its not about us. Its about making a way, having faith in a God that WILL provide if we just step out in faith and believe!!!Bring them home, bring them home For THAT is pleasing to the Lord
