NOW Women’s Probiotic 20 Billion Review

I have never actually used probiotics myself. I always mean to but never quite get around to researching and reviewing to make a purchase. So I was really excited to learn that I would have the opportunity to use these for review with Moms Meet. My family received: NOW® Women’s Probiotic 20 Billion, as well as their: BerryDophilus™ Kids Probiotic, Super Enzymes, and a couple brochures to read for this review.

The NOW® Women’s Probiotic 20 Billion is a supplement that is meant to support flora feminine balance, as well as a healthy immune system. These are small gel capsules which are easy to swallow. I say that because I really dislike taking pills myself. These are gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. And they can be kept fresh simply by refrigerating them once the bottle is opened.

NOW® BerryDophilus™ Kids Probiotic was perfect for my younger son who does have some issues with constipation. These are chewable tablets, he says they taste pretty yummy too! He especially likes that there are some in the shape of elephants and lions (his favorite animals). There are 60 tablets in a container and it is recommended these are taken 1-3 times per day (he took one a day).

The NOW® Super Enzymes supports healthy digestion; breaking down fats, carbohydrates, & protein, while improving the efficiency of receiving and absorbing nutrients that are needed. This is a combination of super enzymes including: Bromelain (from pineapple), Ox Bile, Pancreatin and Papain (from papaya). These come in large gel capsules and I admit these were not as pleasant to swallow. It is recommended to take one capsule with a meal.. The bottle contains 180 capsules and needs to be stored in a cool, dry place once opened so as to help keep ingredients fresh. My husband uses this and really notices a difference when he takes them regularly.
