About
Welcome to A “Peace” of Mind!
My name is Jennifer and I am so glad you’ve come by. This blog is something rather new for me, an extension of myself and my family – a journey and (much like me) a work in progress.
I Am …
….a homeschool mother. you can read about my journey here – what homeschooling means to me and the how’s and why’s of what we do . This is a topic very near and dear to my heart so it may get warm in here at times. Just relax and enjoy – take it all in and consider what is here.
….a mother of four wonderful, sweet and very busy children. My oldest son Tyler is 13, my middle son Alex is 6 and our darling little ladies are Cora Jane a sweet and sassy seven years old and counting. She is also a big sister now; to her precious little sister Rachel Madison who is already 3 years old and full of personality. Wow how the days go by. It’s busy in our home – its loud – kind of messy – and very crazy. But we live and love all we can!
…a daughter of Christ! I am a born again believer, baptised in the precious name of Jesus Christ, filled with His Holy Spirit speaking in tongues. I believe in power of His name – to heal, to cast out demons, to protect, to raise the dead to life and to save and sanctify all those He has chosen. Let us pray and journey…together with Him.
….a wife – learning so very much – growing – with my wonderful husband. Learning the joys of submission, and being the help meet I was designed to be. Striving to live a life as a meek and gentle spirit.
It is all for His glory – I write as I feel inspired. Forgive me if I do not blog each day, or sometimes do not blog for weeks. As my children and I learn and live together, as we grow and come closer to our Lord, and to one another – there are times too precious to step away from. And then there are those days He gives me a word, something I see or hear inspires me…And I shall share always with you here.
Be blessed and be sure to say hello!
Peace Be with You all – In Jesus Name!
Hebrews 4:15-16
For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.I Peter 5:7
…casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
